UMM Quality Policy document contains the Rector's decision No. 40 of 2019 concerning the determination of the implementation of the IQAS at UMM which contains:

1. Establishing the IQAS main document which consists of five documents: quality policy, quality manual, quality standard, quality form, and quality procedure.
2. All IQAS documents have to be used as guides for implementing a quality culture and developing quality assurance instruments.
3. Assigning IQAB and related Governance Bodies as quality guarantors and implementers under the coordination of the Vice Rector.
4. Stipulates the Rector's Decree number: 261/SK/PED-UMM/VIII/2015 concerning the determination of changes to quality policies, quality manuals, quality standards, procedures and quality instruments at UMM is declared invalid.
