Malang, 16 June 2023 - Dr. Ainur Rofieq, M.Kes as Head of BPMI University of Muhammadiyah Malang welcomed the arrival of the team from Engineering Faculty of University of Udayana Bali with the aim of conducting a Comparative Study which was held on Friday (16/06/23). Located at University of Muhammadiyah Malang's One Day Service (ODS) together with 10 staffs from BPMI UMM and 6 people from Engineering Faculty of University of Udayana Bali. In this activity, the team discussed 3 topics, namely how to respond to RTl, formulating standards and performance indicators, also how to manage SIM.
The first speech by Dr. Wayan Nata Septiadi, S.T., M.T., as the head/coordinator of the Learning and Quality Assurance Unit (UP3M). In his remarks, he said that the purpose of this visit with 6 participants was Nii Made Yudantini, S.T., M.Sc., Ph. D., as secretary of UP3M FT Unud, Mia Juliana, S.T.P., M.T., as Sub Coordinator of the UP3M FT Internalization Division. Unud, Ni Luh Putu Lilis Sinta Setiawati, S.T., M.T., as the Sub Coordinator of the UP3M FT Academic Information and Data Center Division. Unud, Ardina Susanti, S.T., M.T., as SPMI UP3M Sub Coordinator FT Unud, and Agoes Hadi Birawan, SE as Administrative Coordinator FT, Unud.
With the first intent and purpose of discussing how to respond to RTL. In addressing an RTL, UPPS/Prodi implements and reports on Independent Monitoring and Evaluation activities that refer to the results of a survey on the level of stakeholder satisfaction. The results of the Independent Evaluation become material for the Girld Audit and Audit Desk which produce audits in the form of AMI report documents and obtain the results of problem identification. The results of this identification will then become the RTL which will become material in the preparation of the following year's Renovation Plan.
In the second activity, it discusses the Formulation of Standards and Performance Indicators which has the following flow of standard formulation: RIP - Strategic Plan - Renop - Quality Standards (achievement targets). RIP itself is a Development Master Plan which has a period of 12 years which contains Master Performance indicators, while the Strategic Work Plan (Renstra) has a period of 4 years which translates the main indicators into Key Performance Indicators (IKU) and Additional Performance Indicators (IKT). The Operational Plan formulates targets to be achieved within 1 year which will become the basis for preparing the budget and quality standards.
Furthermore, the last activity is to discuss how to manage the right SIM. University of Muhammadiyah Malang has a SPMI SIM Demo with version 2.0. This last discussion also closed the Comparative Study activity between BPMI of University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) team and the team from Engineering Faculty of University of Udayana Bali (Unud).
